We demonstrate our community commitment through manufacturing, employment job training services, intellectual and developmental disability services, adult day services, behavior management services, early childhood developmental programs, school-aged children transition services, and a community fun center.

Since 1972, we have led the effort to effectively play a positive role in the lives of those who have disabilities within our community. KCARC has been at the forefront of Knox County by being an economic asset, a major employer, and a haven for individuals and families served.

Our developmentally appropriate curriculum is for children ages twelve months through two years.
