Since 1972, KCARC has earned a national reputation as an innovator and leader in the training and care of people with disabilities. KCARC is the area leader in performance-based placement and successful supported employment job placements in and around Knox County.

In its five industrial plants, Dove Manufacturing provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to work side-by-side with individuals without disabilities to create valuable products for business, industry and home consumption. A vocational rehabilitation component is offered to train individuals with disabilities who wish to enter the workforce with other employers located within our community.
